A beautiful drag queen hands you one of these iconic cups right after you get your ticket at the Hot Dog Party entrance. "What are you feeling tonight, hun?" she asks and elegantly hands you the cup that corresponds with your answer. Red for tops, blue for vers, pink for bottoms, black for sides.
It's this entrance experience that I love about this iconic party here in Los Angeles. There's really no other one like it. This party runs from 4PM–12AM every Sunday in Silver Lake. The gays call it "church".
