I just placed an order but have not received an order confirmation email.
You should receive an auto-generated confirmation email if you've completed your purchase. If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your junk/spam folder.

I just placed an order but typed in the wrong shipping address.
Send me an email immediately, and I will try to correct the shipping address before it gets shipped out from my manufacturer.
Unfortunately, once it leaves my manufacturer, I cannot alter the shipping address.
How do I know when my package is shipped and when it will be delivered?
Typically, the products in the store will display an "estimated delivery date" in the product's description. Once you've placed your order, you should receive a "shipping confirmation" once the package is on its way to you. From there, you can follow the tracking details of your package and watch for its arrival.
Please email me if you are still waiting to receive a shipping confirmation or have questions about shipping times.
Return & Exchange Policy
Can I get a refund for my order?
All sales are final. However, if you’re order arrived damaged, it is eligible for a refund or replacement. If that’s you, please don’t hesitate to email me via email or DM me on Instagram. Please include a detailed description of the issue, large and clear photos showcasing the problem, and your order number. That way, I can look into your order and follow up with my manufacturing partners.
Can I exchange my products for different sizes?
Size exchanges are not available for standard products (see below) after the production of your order begins—as standard products are made on when orders are placed. Requesting a different size would require producing a completely new product. It’s best to make sure the sizing is current before placing your order. If you have any questions about fitting or sizing about any products, please don't hesitate to email me or DM me on Instagram! I'll help you. 😊
Standard products include: T-shirts, standard prints , stickers, pins, gift wrap, greeting cards, postcards, mugs, and tote bags.
Standard products do not include: Collector's Edition prints & original artwork.

Can I exchange my order of original artwork(s)?
All sales are final for original artworks. If you have any questions about your order, please send me an email.
My items arrived damaged/mislabeled. What can I do?
Sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged/mislabeled! I understand your pain.
To help me start the process of solving your issue, please share with me via email a detailed description of the issue, large and clear photos showcasing the problem, and your order number. That way, I can look into your order and follow up with my manufacturing partners.
Please note: Issues reported more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
I just realized that my item(s) is damaged/mislabeled, but it has been over 30 days since my order. Can I still request for a refund or replacement?
If it is after 30 days since your order, the refund and replacement policy will not be able to cover the damaged/mislabeled items. Sorry about that!
I've changed my mind and no longer need the product(s). Can I return my order for a refund or exchange for something else?
All sales are final.
Since the standard products are made to order, they are not eligible for exchanges as there is no stock of other sizes or variants of those products. If you have any questions at all about how all that works, please don’t hesitate to email me or Instagram DM me.
Are gift cards refundable?
All gift card purchases are non-refundable.
